I have always been open to experimenting with different kinds of moisturizer for my skin. I am one of the fortunate ones who only get the occasional zit breakouts during my period, and it is usually limited to one or two zits and always in the same place. I have experimented with all kinds of moisturizers, and I am no stranger to strange results. I have bought expensive creams such as La Prairie and Sisley, but the best product so far with really terrific results is Skin White Power Whitening Face Cream Classic. I picked this up in the grocery, and since then this become a staple in my bathroom. It is very cheap, about US$1.5 for a 20g bottle. I kid you not when I say that this product has made my skin glow. It has kept the zits away. Since I started using it, I no longer had breakouts during my period (okay, very seldom). My skin tone became even. It was only lately that I started using this for my hands, and although it has only been a few days, I have seen some progress.


My skin tone has become a little more even, less damaged from sun exposure. I will continue this experiment until I get a better result.

Skin White Power Whitening

My latest beauty product discovery is the Skin White Power Whitening (Face Cream Powder). I only came across about the product while I was waiting in line at the Cashier in the grocery. I was curious about it being a face cream powder. Good thing they had the product available in sachets that I immediately bought one to try.


The product is available in 2 shades – light beige and white. Initially, I bought the white shade. When I applied it on my skin, I was amazed that it didn’t feel icky at all. The texture of the cream is soft that it felt so safe to spread across my face. The product acts as powder, moisturizer and coverage all at the same time.


I apply it in the evening and in the morning and I noticed that my skin is not oily anymore. I can actually apply the cream alone before going to work. No need to touch up with foundation. The light beige is also nice but the white shade blends better with my skin.
I love that it minimized the oil in my face and that I do not need to apply foundation anymore. Getting ready for work is more convenient now with my discovery of Skin White Power Whitening. Best part of the product is that its very affordable.

I always loved liquid foundation because it has the ability to stuck in my face for the entire day that I don’t need to retouch in between classes anymore. However, I think buying one every week would be quite impractical. That’s when I started looking out for an alternative. I came across with SkinWhite Power Whitening Face Cream Powder.


I’m using it as a part of my daily routine. Although, unlike my liquid foundation, I have to retouch by noon, it is still worth it. For a cheaper price, I was able to get the most budget-wise cosmetic products in the market.


This works as three in one: (1) It whitens; (2) It serves as a cream; and (3) It serves as a face powder.
Whitening. It noticeably whitened my skin. Although the product did not fulfill its promise of whitening the skin for seven days, it still performs its best and yielded a noticeable result two weeks after.
Cream. It served as a moisturizer of my face. Its texture is much that of my liquid foundation. I like it being in a cream texture because it sticks on my face upon application.
Powder. After application and as I spread out the mixture, the texture that it left my skin is so smooth and very ‘powderized’. It felt so soft and smooth that I can’t even tell its finish texture from my liquid foundation’s output.


I recommend this to everyone especially those teens who would like to save money and time when it comes to cosmetic choices. All three in one package makes it more apt for people who are busy yet do not want to sacrifice the time to apply on-the-rush beauty products.

I don’t like putting too much make-up on my face. I want it to look clean and more natural-looking as possible. But to achieve a natural-looking face even with some make-up on seems impossible. Until I have found a product that serves as a cream powder, moisturizer and makes my face whiter and smoother all in one.

I have used different Skin White products from Splash for a long time. And one of the product that certainly made a great appeal to me is their Skin White Power Whitening Face Cream Powder. It has 3-in-1 effect as the package says. It whitens, it moisturizes the skin and it is a face cream powder in one package. What I like about it is that it has three benefits that you don’t normally get on some other beauty products. I bought the 20g tube that is good for a month or two and I chose the natural beige color. I have noticed that the product is very light, non-sticky and has a long lasting shine-free powder finish. The cream base and texture of it are really easy to apply. It covers my unwanted marks and eye bags and make my skin glow more. It covers my skin imperfections at the same time moisturizes and whitens some of my dark spots. After seven days of using it I noticed that my skin lightens and it continues to whitens my skin.

I like it a lot! It’s very economical, imagine you could have three products in one. It is convenient and effective in making my skin more beautiful and radiant.

SkinWhite Whitening Hand and Body Lotion Review

A couple of years ago, I had a job as a lifeguard. I was required to stay out in the sun for long hours, and even though I was under an umbrella, my skin paid the price. I suffered some pretty severe skin damage that included irregular dark pigmentation. When I complained about this to a friend, she recommended I try SkinWhite Whitening Hand and Body Lotion Classic SPF20.

The first thing I noticed about SkinWhite Whitening Hand and Body Lotion Classic SPF20 was that it made my skin very soft and subtle. However, the first week, I did not notice any whitening effects at all. The instructions on the bottle said that it would work in as little as two weeks, so I kept applying it, but quite honestly, I couldn’t tell a difference in my skin tones for those two weeks. The only thing I did notice was that my skin took on a healthy glow and remained very soft and moist.

The SkinWhite Whitening Hand and Body Lotion Classic SPF20 itself is dispensed as a medium viscosity white cream. It feels a little bit lighter than the average hand lotion and is easier to smooth evenly on the skin. The instructions claimed that it was supposed to nourish the skin and I really believe that it did.

I continued to use SkinWhite Whitening Hand and Body Lotion Classic SPF20 for another week and then the results began to show quite suddenly. I applied the lotion one morning and by that afternoon, the brown discoloration had been visibly reduced. I kept applying the lotion day-after-day and eventually, most of the discoloration went away. The areas of brown that were still visible were much lighter than before, barely discernable.

The main active ingredient in SkinWhite Whitening Hand and Body Lotion Classic SPF20 is called, Vitanourish. I’m not sure exactly what that is, but whatever it is, it works. It just doesn’t work as quickly as the company claimed it would. I am not complaining, though, because eventually, it did work and I felt a lot better about the way my skin looked.

I recommend SkinWhite Whitening Hand and Body Lotion Classic SPF20 for anyone who has the type of discoloration that I described or for anyone who would simply like to lighten their skin for any reason. The results are subtle at first, but after awhile, you will really be able to tell that it has made a difference.

What I like about SkinWhite

A recent gem that I found in the groceries is this face cream powder from SkinWhitemanufactured and distributed by Splash (a Philippine-based company).

Here’s my review about this product.

What I like:

1. After applying the cream on your face, it magically transforms into a powder. How cool is that? So there’s none of that eeky, sticky and slimy feeling on your face. It also leaves a long-lasting shine-free powder finish.

2. It’s very affordable at 59.75Php for a 0.70 oz/20g tube. Also available in sachets if you want something more economical and easier on the pocket.

3. It can be used as a make-up foundation. There are 2 available colors I have seen, the white and the light beige. The light beige can very much pass up for a liquid foundation ( I’m just not too sure about the white variant). It can conceal pimple marks and blemishes.

4. The smell is uber nice. Smells like a scented baby powder.

5. It didn’t give me a pimple breakout the first time I used it.

Other things that it also claims (I have yet to prove it. Hahaha!)

6. It has SPF10 which protects you from the harmful rays of the sun.

7. Its Vitanourish Formula keeps the skin moisturized.

8. It whitens your skin in as fast as 7 days.

How to use Maxi-Peel

1.) Before using it you should check if you have a very sensitive skin and the severity of your acne.

There are 3 kinds of Maxi peel:

• No. 1 for light cases and sensitive skin.
• No. 2 for moderate cases
• No. 3 for severe cases

2.) You should choose the number that suits your acne condition.

3.) Use it only once a day (evening) but NOT DAILY. Your skin will peel after the first or second use. Use it every other day or 2 to 4 four times a week. When your skin starts to peel, that's the time that you should give it a rest from the product until all dead skins are peeled off and then continue untill you are clear and flawless.

4.) Use an alcohol and salicylic acid free moisturizers to prevent it from stinging. Jojoba oil is good. I also use Olay daily sensitive day and night cream.

5.) Your skin will appear dark but it is normal. It will lighten when you are finish using the product.

6.) Avoid touching and picking your face while using the product. Your skin will be sensitive and a bit irritating because of the active ingredients found in this product and it will just irritate it more if you often touch and pick it.

7.) Give yourself a week off (optional) if want to use this product and or if you think you can't manage to go in public with an obvious peeling of the skin on your face.

9.) Eat healthy and drink plenty of water.

8.) When you are finally clear, you can stop using the product and use anti-bacterial, PH balanced facial clears and toners,and acne preventing moisturizers for maintenance.

I have experienced of trying different kinds of products, methods and ways of curing acne but none of them worked as effective as the Maxi Peel.

Skin White Power Whitening Face Cream Powder in Sachet

I bought this wonderful facial face powder cream from Skin White when it was offered at a discounted price in Watsons Department Store in Market Market. It is so handy to carry and that is the reason why I bought it.

It serves as a facial powder and a good matte finish which is just perfect for my skin. It is white in variant but it is pinkish in color which is rich and creamy in texture. I just put a pea size of the amount on my index finger and then spread it across my face which includes my t-zone area. As I dab a small amount, I slowly spread it as it gives a balance or equal pigment on my skin.

If you have darker skin tone, I prefer that you would not select the white variant because it will be too whitish for you that you would look like a zombie. But if you are fair like me, this is just perfect for you. Skin White Power Whitening Face Cream offers skin whitening in 7 days. But as for me, I get instant whiteness when I apply this cream since it is a powder is its essence and it would really improve that skin tone that I already have.

My skin feels so soft and smooth while applying this cream from Skin White. It does also have a sweet smell like sugar and candy and with powder. If you don’t like sweet scented powder, then this is really not for you. If you have sensitivity with powder creams then I suggest you would opt to skip this product and just rely on what your skin is at ease.

But as for me, I don’t find any irritation or itchiness whenever I use Skin White Power whitening face cream powder. I guess one advantage that you can give this product is that you don’t have to mess around to see powder residue on your clothing whenever you put powder on your face. This beautiful product is in cream and it is just easy to spread since it is easily absorb by the skin.

You can test it on your wrist first and spread it evenly to see if you feel anything itchy. But as for me, it is safe to use since I have sensitive and oily skin which is prone to pimples but this wonderful product didn’t clog my pores to give me breakouts. I highly recommend this to all ladies who wants to have fair, smooth and younger looking skin.

There seemed to be tons of whitening products coming out in the market which is good for the customers. They have a wide variety to choose from. I, for one, likes trying out these products. Recently, there’s a new product that came out from SkinWhite. It’s a skin whitening product for the face. Since I’ve been using SkinWhite’s lotion for a long time now, I decided to give this one a try too.

The product is claimed to be 3-in-1 which intrigued me a bit. It is a whitening, a cream and a powder all at the same time. How can a cream become a powder too? But I tried out the product anyway. And it is really a cream that moisturizes your face and transforms into a powder in the end. Pretty cool I must say. But what I really like about the product is that the effect is long lasting. You don’t have to reapply as often as you need to if you’re just using loose powder. And more importantly, it hides blemishes and dark spots which is the very reason why I kept using the product.

The product also promises to dramatically whiten skin in just 7 days which I don’t really believe that it can. I have used a lot of products before that promised the same thing and most of it did not really came through. It does whiten your face though but not in as fast as 7 days. It may take weeks maybe as it did with me. But more than its whitening effect, I like the product more for being a powder.

The product is super affordable, only 0.22 cents for an 8 gram pouch of the product.

I’ve been using this lotion for almost two weeks now and I can already see results. I use this every after bath, I use it only once in a day. I apply it on my arms and my feet because those are the only dark areas in my body. I thought Vaseline is the best lotion for me but I was wrong. This SkinWhite is actually the best lotion I’ve ever used.

It is very moisturizing. My skin becomes really soft and smooth to touch and it stays for many hours. It works best for my hands. I have rough palms because I always wash the dishes but whenever I apply this lotion, my palms becomes instantly soft and smooth. It is easy to be spread, it’s lightweight and water-based. I feel that the lotion really sinks inside the skin of my palms. It gives instant softness that feels natural. I feel that this lotion is really absorbed by my skin. It doesn’t give me allergies or pimples on my skin. It’s also not sticky. It’s very clean and neat to use. After spreading on skin, there’s no feeling of stickiness or greasiness. It feels really clean and cool on my skin.

The most amazing thing is that I don’t feel hot when it’s on my skin. It doesn’t make me sweat. It’s really a good thing for me. Before, I was always hesitant to use body lotions to my body because I easily get sweaty and I really feel that there’s more heat coming out of my skin. But this lotion is different. Whenever I use this lotion, it doesn’t feel like that. I don’t feel my skin getting warmer. It doesn’t add to the heat of the summer. It’s good for me since I don’t really want to perspire.

And the bonus thing is that it also whitens my skin in less than two weeks! I expected I will see results after two weeks but I was surprised to see immediate results after the first week. It’s not a drastic improvement but the results are quite obvious. I noticed that my arms’ skin tone improved. It evened out. My feet’s skin tone also lightened. My boyfriend also noticed my arms’ improvement in color. I’m really happy about this lotion. I’m thinking about purchasing SkinWhite whitening soap for more amazing results.

This is a really good lotion and I recommend it to all of the people who cares about their skin so much. It doesn’t make the skin feel warmer than normal even if you also live in a tropical and in a very hot country like where I live. It’s cooling, it has sun protection, and it has good moisturizing and whitening effects on the skin, all in a bottle.

After using the product, I can instantly feel the soft and smoothness of my skin. It also leaves a vibrant nice smell.
